British "Funnie" - Sherman DD

Another excellent Wargames-South miniature, from "British Funnies" catalog, the Sherman DD tank.

From Wiki:
DD tanks (the DD standing for Duplex Drive, but nicknamed Donald Duck tanks), were a type of amphibious swimming tankdeveloped by the British during the Second World War. The phrase is mostly used for the Duplex Drive variant of the M4 Shermanmedium tank, that was used by the Western Allies during and after the Normandy Landings in June 1944.
DD tanks worked by erecting a 'flotation screen' around the tank, which enabled it to float, and had a propeller powered by the tank's engine to drive them in the water.
The DD tanks were one of the many specialised assault vehicles, collectively known as Hobart's Funnies, devised to support the planned invasion of Europe.

At the request of some friends, I will begin a series of topics, the theme will focus on the various options offered by various manufacturers of 10/12mm and 1/144 scale miniatures .
This first post is dedicated to the Wargames-South, Pithead and World Tank Museum T34.
The models of WGS and Pithead are in white metal and the WTM is manufactured in plastic.
The WGS and the WTM miniatures, are models suitable for collectors, with excellent detail but with higher prices. In the case of WTM, is a model no longer be stocked but which goes on sale on ebay or something similar. I did purchase it in an exchange with a friend, who usually put some posts in the, Steve Dean Painting forum http://www.steve-dean.co.uk/phpBB3/index.php.
For the Pithead model, is a miniature with less detail, but with the advantage of being a low-price model, since the main objective of the manufacturer is to sell affordable models for wargamers (like Pendraken) reaching that goal perfectly.
Now let's see the pictures:
